The challenge: zero energy – cheaper than regular house

How to build a house which
  • can be built cheaper compared to a regular house with same living space and comfort
  • can be maintained cheaper compared to a regular house
  • needs zero energy from the network
  • has utility connection only to water and sewage
  • protected from natural disasters
  • capable to provide similar comfort as a regular house
  • the plan is reusable in the same climatic environment, requires no special environment and circumstances

Requirements

  • Zero energy: all the necessary energy must be created locally.
To be cheap, the fewest energy conversion necessary, and the energy stored in the form how it is created. The created electricity is stored in batteries and used for electronic appliances and as much as possible not for energy conversion, so the house should not have air-condition. The created heat energy (warm or cold) is stored as heat energy and used for heating or cooling. For electricity, DC is used primarily instead of AC to avoid conversation cost and losses.
  • To be cheap, the house must be as simple as possible.
    The function is the form.
  • As much water is reused as possible.
All the irrigation made by reused water.
  • The house must be protected from the natural disasters
The house must have special protections: If the area is earthquake zone, then must be earthquake proof, if hurricane zone, then hurricane proof, etc.
