Basement of the house

Properties:
The basement is a heat insulated, 1 meter high area under the whole house.
It has no heat insulation between the ground floor and under the cold water section.

Functions:
- temperature control for the house
- provide earthquake protection
- space for the water reserve and supply
- space for the hot water reserve and supply
- space for the electrical power reserve and supply
- water and power supply to the ground floor through the floor, not in the wall
