- technical rooms
Smart Eco House considerations
- simple structure
- thick, heat insulated outside walls
- no heat insulation and have air slits on the floor for quick heat exchange with the basement
- no wire or pipe in the wall, those go through the floor toward the basement
- technical rooms for easy access toward the basement and the roof
