Roof level guest house
The slope of the roof allows to have a roof level guest house.
It has similar outside heat insulation as the main house and no insulation between the houses.
Big windows provide enough light.
It provides easy access to the roof.
It has a technical room providing access between the basement and the roof. It is oriented above the ground floor technical rooms. (white arrows)
